A very dedicated and amiable host who lives with his family on the upper floor of the house and is always available. You can tell that he cares about his guests' well-being. He even helped me rent a moped. The house and the room are very well maintained and exceptionally clean. They meet modern standards. Highly recommended

“Great rooms and host - simply reccomended”
The room was clean and equipped with everything. The host is amazing. Very helpful and friendly with great knowledge of languages. I loved everything. Bathroom was very modern and functional. I also liekd the location. Very close to the airport but also to resturants that were open till very late.

Valdimiro, the recepcionist, exceeded any expectation in every sense. He went over his duties and help me out a lot during my stay. He gave me a lot of useful recommendations and patiently satisfied my curiosity about the city, the country, its culture... Nice interesting conversation, naturally easy going. I highly recommend Nifa House, but especially the service and professionality I found there. I would definitely stay again if I ever come back to Sal.

The property was very good. The lady was communicative and helpful. The beds were comfortable and they provide fan if it is too hot. They have TV and bike which you can rent for €11 per day

“Fantastic place”
For me the location was great: outside of center Espargos means no noises at all, super quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. Minimarket was 5 min walking away, nice and cheap restaurant 3 min. I even walked to the airport which was around 40min. The bus station for the collectivos to Santa Maria (scooter rental) is 20min walking. The room and the house is superclean, modern, and the owner is really friendly, and nearly always available via booking or WhatsApp. He speaks Portugese, Englisch, spanish and french... He has mountain bikes for rent (just 7km to the Salinas), and in the near future also scooter. The room is big with a big bed and a comfy matrace. There is a table and chairs. Also there are enough plugs to charge your stuff. The bathroom looks / is new and has a shower with hot water. The WiFi works great. I loved staying here! Definitely recommend this place!
