Good stay for a few days. Good room, good breakfast, clean and friendly. Location: not far away from center... by feed.

ATTENTION!!!!! The rooms are unmaintained, shabby, and unclean. The toilet bowl in the bathroom was not working. I was forced to use the shared toilet at the reception two floors below me. After fixing the problem, it stopped working again the next morning! During the stay, the rooms were not cleaned by the staff! Odors from the hotel's kitchen were coming into the room through the ventilation. On top of everything, I was charged twice for the stay - once on my credit card for the reservation made through Booking and separately I was asked to pay at the reception without being issued an invoice. Upon leaving the hotel, I requested a refund for one of the amounts of 231.67 EUR. They told me they would check and refund it. As of now, almost two months later, the overcharged amount has not been refunded. They do not respond to messages asking for assistance. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had booked the King Suite but were given another apartment on the first floor. We agreed to the swop but the King Suite would have been better. We had problems with the toilet plumbing. The hotel is conveniently located close to markets and museums. Eskisehir is a gem, and the Breeze Hotel and its staff added to a great experience.

“Lovely hotel in a central location.”
Welcoming and kind staff and within walking distance to the train station. Our room was comfortable and it was nice having a window we could open for fresh air. The hotel is close to some lovely simple cafes with delicious Turkish food.

The hotel is clean and quiet nice. They clean the trash every day and can provide additional towels and chair. You can park the car in front of the hotel. It is well situated - you can buy foods in supermarkets and there are restaurants nearby.
