it is quite good overall. Staff are friendly, supportive. The only thing,there is no tea/coffee provided on the rooms. The rest is very good.

“I recommend”
The location, was close to the touristic places. The room was spacious. Outside was cold and inside was warm. The bed was comfy.

Everything,from the time we entered the hotel until we left , the service ,food , cleanliness, comfort everything was excellent. The staff were superb ...they were extremely friendly and helpful. From the bell boy , receptionists , cleaners , waitress all even the manager... extremely pleasant people.we were 17 and came at midnight but they treated us with a smile. Thank you all tessukkur ederim. We booked last minute and still got a fantastic deal.

“Extremely disappointing!”
The one and only thing we liked was the chef, who stayed longer (after his working hours) to make dinner for us , as we arrived after 9 pm with a sick child. Of course, though pretty simple, it took quite long for the dinner to get ready as he was the only one to prepare it. But he was very nice and friendly and took our situation by heart. Informed himself about the child's condition on the next morning. Thanks a lot!
