Situated in opposite Mälardalen University in central Eskilstuna, the eco-friendly hotel offers free WiFi and rooms with flat-screen TVs. Eskilstuna Train Station is 150 metres away. The lady checking me in was lovely and really helpful when I asked for a room change (they originally put me up in a room right next to the elevator, which is pretty unbearably noisy).

Staff were excellent, so helpful every time I enquired about anything. Breakfast was outstanding, something for everyone, really relaxed atmosphere, lovely coffee/tea machines, couldn't be better. Room was fine, as expected it was a little shabby/ dated but clean and very comfortable, there was a certain amount of noise from other guests. Wi-Fi was perfect. I connected on 3 devices and never had an issue streaming or doing web calls. I used the Sauna, I agree with other guests, it's not clear that it needs to be booked and ideally ahead of time because it's very popular, but it was a lovely experience and 2 hours for around 8GBP was good value. I also borrowed a bike which was such a lovely treat, and it was a great city bike with a lock. I'm sure it's not always available but definitely ask.
