“Exceptional Over and Above Amazing Service!”
I arrived post midnight and already had paid, somehow the hotel was full but without hesitation or problem the staff already booked a taxi for us to Vienna House Hotel in Krönberg and we stayed there at no extra cost and no hassle needed. This is some of the best customer service I have ever come across in Hotel Accommodation. Thank you to Mercure for your exceptional service.

The hotel staff working at Bar is so nice and cooperative. I like the way he provided me service. The staff at breakfast time was also so nice and welcoming staff. The deserve appreciations. Your staff at reception were so cooperative and the services were unforgettable.
