“I wasted a booking I wasted 3.5 hours of driving too snd although the reservation was refunded my time fuel and anxiety”

Arrived couldn’t get it - owner no where to be found - booking.com absolutely useless service took 5 goes at contacting customer service/ even disconnecting me after a 55 min wait on hold! For all I know the owner may be hurt or injured somewhere as even a neighbour tried to call. But 36 hours later still no update. Booking.com then suggested I stay somewhere local but I had to drive 45 mins more (after a 300 km drive) to find out the property couldn’t accom unless I paid 4 x the amount even though they accepted that the online rate was 50% less.

Location in the centre of town, parking in the main square a few yards away. Access to roof terrace, shared kitchen and lounge/eating area, so it was like having an apartment. Restaurants nearby in the square.

Lovely place in a very beautiful town, with a lot of night life. The room was small but very comfortable and clean, it has air-conditioning and the common areas are pretty.

Perfect location, great view from the rooftop terrace. Big room, comfortable bed.
