Overview
Typic Art are set just 200 metres from the beach, in Ibiza’s popular Es Caná resort. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace and souvenir shops. All the apartments feature air conditioning. The apartments are bright and spacious. Each apartment has a balcony, with partial views of the sea or the countryside. All the Art Apartments have a small kitchen area with a fridge. The centre of Es Caná is just a short walk away. The town is known for its relaxed atmosphere and lively market. There is also a popular boat service from Es Caná to Santa Eulalia and Formentera. Ibiza Airport is 23 km away.

The area was just right. close to all amenities. The staff were exceptionally efficient and friendly. Ada and Melanie couldn't do enough for us. Great to have the bar next door where the staff there were great too. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Clean and comfortable.

Very friendly staff, the Apartment was nice, clean and had everything you need. it was beautifully furnished, a superb shower and a huge balcony with sea view. Great Location 100m from the beach. It was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Typic Art.

Clean and modern apartment with balcony. Good location with a nice pool area, which is in the sun all day . Next to a nice bar too where you can get food and drinks. Kitchen area and fridge useful to have.

The property has a very large terrace with plenty of room for sunbathing Plenty of hanging space for belongings The pool area was clean and well kept with a nice relaxed feel

“Comfortable, clean, basic, apartments. Good location, friendly staff.”
Great location, near the beach and little town with lots of choice of restaurants. Lovely staff. The manageress was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning was done every other day. But it was possible to get extra toilet paper and change towels if needed. Very comfortable beds and lots of pillows. We had a large balcony but weather was too hot to make full use of it. Good aircon.
