“Great stay. Cant wait to go back”

We really enjoyed it here. Food was good especially the snack bar and the dinners. Staff were soooo friendly and helpful. The location was great and accessible to buses and the ferry which were reasonable prices and allowed us to travel around

“First Time In Ibiza”

The staff, for the most part, are decent and friendly. There's also a delightful restaurant on a nearby beach, Cala Nova. My children liked the sprite and coke taps. The pool area is cleaned each day but it looks disgusting by afternoon. Bottles, cups and rubbish all over the place. (There's a mixture of guests. Some respectful and polite and there are others that don't understand or care they are in a shared space.) The television worked as did the air-conditioning. The rooms would benefit from having a coffee machine, especially as half the coffee machines -alas the ones that used fresh coffee beans- weren't working at breakfast. The food quantity is good but the quality is the big issue with the exception of the pineapple and watermelon, which were delicious.

“Relaxing beach holiday”

The location was great for a relaxing beach/pool trip. Easily accessible by bus or taxi from the airport. Also could take a ferry to nearby areas or Formentera. The room was big and clean with a sea view. Checking in and out was smooth. The area was nice and calm, so the hotel was suitable for families.

Everything was really good. The food was good, the team at the hotel was very nice, everyone was helpful. The room was actually bigger than what we were expecting so that was a bonus.

We enjoyed a short 4 night break at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and efficient and the location is great.

The property is very family friendly and located in a quiet area. I liked the view, it had a good breakfast and a nice pool.

“Pleasant but not a four star”

The hotel grounds were lovely, the lobby was beautifully decorated, the bedroom we stayed in (superior sea view) was really nice and we really enjoyed it. We thought the cleanliness of the hotel was also fantastic with the cleaning team doing a great job. We liked the pool area although we did think during the high season it would be far too small for the amount of rooms. This is just something to consider as we went in October and there were no free beds.
