Keys can be collected in normal hours and we were able to leave our luggage and hang out by the pool before check-in! Staff were all really lovelie and helpful; property was clean. Deep pool, which was perfect to lie at reading. We were really impressed with everything, given a very reasonable rate (and last-minute booking). Great wrap-around balcony and the aircon was much appreciated on some of the muggier nights.
