“A lovely hotel centrally located”

The hotel is situated within walking distance of the railway station (we arrived on the Dogu Express) and within walking distance of the wonderful historical sights. On arrival the young woman on reception was outstanding. She was so friendly and helpful and sorted out some travel problems we had. She always greeted us with a smile and her English was good. The room was spacious, comfy and clean and provided a kettle and fridge. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with an incredible choice of hot and cold foods.

The price is soo expensive and not worth it they charge me 80 us dollars to wash 15 pieces of clothes and 20 us dollars for pancakes thats soo expensive

“Lovely hotel with great views, comfortable facilities.”

Really nice hotel, good breakfast and the evening meal we had at the hotel restaurant was good too. We had a fabulous view of snowy mountains from our very big verandah. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Very cheerful and friendly staff.

Staff were exceptional, particularly at check in. The room was vast and lovely fittings. The room was very soundproofed from outside / the restaurant below (but oddly not from the room next door?). Good location

“I loved Erzurum”

The hotel was well located, the lovely lady receptionist was a delight. The rooms clean. The Meals in the cafe good value and tasty. The breakfast was plentiful but tired. The best was the bread jam and cream. No water offered and awful juice only. There was a smoking dining area leading immediately onto the breakfast area. The area reeked of cigarette smoke. I had to wear a mask and needed a table as far away as possible. Because of this the hotel and our bedroom always had a cigarette smoke smell. Unfortunately as an asthmatic it made my stay uncomfortable. This is Türkiye. People smoke everywhere.

The property was easy to find. It was a comfortable place to stay, the room was very clean, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel with large room, free private parking (there are plenty of place). Located right in the city center.

It was clean, big comfortable rooms. Great breakfast options, a good cafe right next door. And the location was also very nice.

Location is terrific, close to many F&B outlets. 10 minutes drive to Panlandoken ski centre. Rooms are beautiful. Breakfast comes with a variety and some of hot dishes changes daily. Worth staying.

Centrally located Hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay
