The location was good, but if you're traveling by car, there's no designated parking lot.

“Fantastic budget hotel”
Really comfortable beds, good position close to the train station, breakfast was great with lots of options including soup! The man on reception was really kind and let us leave our bags after checking out and come back to use the wifi before we got our train.

Thank you so much for the hospitality and helpfulness during the time we stayed at the hotel. The breakfast is super, the location is excellent, the room is big, clean and the rate is reasonable. We definitely will choose Karavansaray Hotel again if happen to be at Palandoken again.

“Convenient place to stay in Erzurum.”
Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location for all sights and getting from the railway station and to the bus station. Good self-service breakfast with wide choice. Comfortable bed and sufficient storage space. Tea and coffee-making facilities in communal sitting room.

“More Comfortable than it Looks”
Very warm reception at English-speaking front desk. Smartly checked in, was helped with bags. Hotel has an elevator. Excellent hot water & pressure in shower. Room was pleasantly warm on a freezing night. Opening windows let fresh air in during the day. Good wifi. I was using Erzurum as a transit stop and this was a very serviceable transit hotel.
