The help at the lobby of the hotel was really good. I got very good advice on how to get to certain locations in the city. The hotel is very well situated in the middle of the city so all the famous spots are very close by.

“Lovely hotel”
I think this hotel is a good place for anyone to stay. It's situated in quiet area of the city close to the Castle (5 min walk). Ömer, the owner does a very good job in making your stay comfortable. My room was spacious and was facilitated with a fridge, a desk, a modern tv, hair dryer and commodities. For people that use their room for more than just sleeping (like blogging in my case) I can recommend this hotel. I like how the rooms were decorated, it created a peaceful ambiance.

The hotel is located in the quieter part of Erzurum. In the morning, the shops for the locals are opened and we managed to shop as how the locals do! Parking along the road was easy, except that ice forms on the curbside of the road during winter. But the weather has got nothing to do with the hotel. Breakfast was alright check in was smooth and the bed was comfortable!
