V helpful & friendly staff. V good breakfast. Able to get a cup of tea even after late arrival (after 10 pm) which was v welcome after a long journey! Room clean, well equipped and quiet so able to sleep. Balcony an added bonus. Also a pleasant garden to enjoy some sunshine.
