Clean and very well equipped apartment ....

The studio is big enough for the whole family to stay in and is equipped with everything. Der Host is nice amd we'll really wamt to stay again.

A lot of complimentary items provided e.g. shower foams, fruits, milk, butter, jam, coffee, tea. Very friendly and accommodating owner.

The owner greeted us warmly, in the fridge we found beer,juice,chocolate,fruits etc. wich was all included. Good private parking space. If we ever will be travelling through Erlangen, we will definitely want to come back here.

“Comfy apartment near the city center”

The apartment was comfortable and the host provided a lot of little extras, like snacks and drinks. The center of the city and the train station are in easy walking distance. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom has room darkening blinds. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to messages.

The apartment was convenient and comfortable. Free coffee and drinks were a pleasant surprise.

Apartment is nice, clean and spacious. Our daughter liked the 2nd bathroom upstairs. Beds are comfy. Location is superb. Very close to the city. Can walk from there everywhere.

The apartment includes all modern facilities. Rudolf is a very good host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Good contact with the host, detailed information regarding check in received a couple of days before arrival. There was a parking space reserved for guests which was very comfortable. A nice surprise was waiting for us upon the arrival. I would definately come again.

Another great stay in this lovely apartment. The location is great. You can walk easily to Steinbach biergarten. The flat is really well equipped and there are great touches like snacks in the fridge and cold drinks. Much appreciated

Seven of us, stayed in two apartment from Rudolf, they're very well cared of, clean, and comfortable. Rudolf Is very gentle and helpful, he offered us even to use bicycles, wich was very convinenient. A great expirience

The apartment has everything needed for both short and long term stays. The hosts pays attention to every minute detail to make a feel-at-home experience. Recommended and would definitely stay again.

Great little apartment very handy for central Erlangen with a lovely biergarten nearby. Comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Tea and snacks left for us which was very welcome.
