“Perfect holiday surrounded by nature”
I had stayed here before, and when I decided to visit Sweden again, Mikael’s house was the first place I checked. It’s a wonderful spot for those who prefer to stay away from the city. I recommend coming by car since you’ll be located between Uppsala, Arlanda, and Stockholm, it’s easy to get wherever you want to go. I also suggest visiting Skokloster Castle, and if possible, taking a tour inside. The house has all the tools and amenities you might need. The host is very responsive and will help you as quickly as possible if anything comes up. If you’re coming from the Stockholm direction, I recommend stopping by Lidl to do some shopping before arriving the store isn’t too far by car. Finally, make yourself a coffee, head down to the lake, and enjoy the peace and beauty of nature :)

“A wonderful lakeshore cabin experience”
Fabulous place, full of sunlight, equipped with everything one might need! The host was very kind and responsive and he sorted the sauna for us, which was a great experience next to the water. Watching the sky, while falling asleep on the sovloft was magical, highly recommended!

“It was a perfect Swedish experience with a beautiful house.”
The location of the house was perfect. There is also a kayak and dock that whenever you can use. Host was a super. He helped us for everything. There was a BBQ place which we used once. Parking a car is not a problem by the way. House was super quiet and every kitchen tool is in it.
