Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was meticulously clean and the rooms were modern and comfy. Love the kitchenette and the size of the fridge. The staff was super friendly as well. Great hotel for families. Our favourite chain by far!

The room was exceptionally big, too big actually. Had a full size dishwasher, not sure why. The location was nice, close to everything.

I liked that the room had a kitchenette. We have kids with allergies and making meals in the room is important!

“I always try to stay here when in the area. You will not regret it.”
I have always enjoyed the staff (i see the same ones every time i visit. Whether they remember me or not it is nice to know their personalities…especially when it’s late and it helps their night move along better). Breakfast is always on point and always plenty for everyone. Been here during peak travel season and dead of winter so lots of people and very low amount of people. No one is left hungry. Everybody is courteous and very polite.

“I would not stay at your hotel again.”
Breakfast was terrible. Service was poor. Patio by pool in very poor condition/fireplace not working, construction tape hanging. Blood droplets all through the elevator from check in to check out, never cleaned. Not advised that there was no bath tub. We were not informed of your extra $50 fee up front. Should inform guests so they can plan for the temporary withdrawal of an extra $50 while traveling!!
