“It was good”
I paid at booking for a room that sleeps 5 Plus,,Got a room with 1 bed,,,,,,when I went to the desk she said all there rooms were booked up,,,well that doesn't help with the problem,,, I had 7 of us!!!! So she did give us a fold out bed,,had to make it fit in the room,,and let one child in my bed or the floor,,,,,,We always stay at Hawthorne and never had this problem before,,,,any ways every else was passable,,our kitchen was missing dishes,,the desk said we could ask for more and they would of brought them up,,

Breakfast was wonderful - great selection, incredible variety for picky eaters :) staff was amazing, kept everything stocked and ready. Interacted with our 10 year old daughter, made her feel like she was special:) loved them!

“OK price, easy location.”
My wife liked the sheets! Bed was comfortable, swivel TV was convenient. Check in person was helpful and switched our rooms immediately [because 1st one was beside the elevator]. Breakfast was OK. Room had a kitchen for extended stay which looked ok. Impressed with the flowers out front- there are no deer in the area to eat them I guess. The place is suited for kids and the nearby waterpark.

Everything was great! The staff were very nice and they were happy to fulfill all of our requests. The fitness Center was everything I could’ve asked for as with all the amenities in the room. Hot breakfast was great bonus!

“Fun and relaxing stay!”
Breakfast choices were excellent. Our room had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchenette. Worked great for the 8 of us! Pool was nice.
