My sister and I stayed at this amazing apartment, which is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the necessities and more! We loved watching the sunset while relaxing on the terrace/balcony, and it was fantastic to be able to have a refreshing swim in the sea only a few steps away from the apartment. The location is ideal, near to everything, and the view is breathtaking. Natasha, our host, was helpful and kind, and we were grateful for the welcome present. We would highly recommend staying at Beachfront Modern Apartment. 😊

The accommodation was beautiful, the terrace was right by the sea, and we had beautiful sunsets during dinner. We only had to go down a few stairs, and we were right on the beach, where it was almost always empty. When we needed something, the hostess always helped and advised us over the phone. Each room had air conditioning, the rooms were beautiful, large, and clean, and each also had its own balcony. The only thing I missed at this place was a grill on the terrace; otherwise, everything was perfect.

Superb apartment, incredibly well equipped, spotlessly clean, excellent location on the beach, and with several supermarkets and shops within walking distance. The beach is lovely (minus the plastic rubbish people sadly leave behind and nobody seems to collect on a regular basis). Overall, perfect accomodation for families.

We stayed at Beachfront Modern Apartments in Eretria as a group of 5, and it was an incredible experience! The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms and a large living room combined with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen had everything you could need, from dishes to various appliances like a toaster, mixer, and coffee maker, making it feel just like home. Each room has its own air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights is the large terrace with a breathtaking view. The apartment also has private access to a beautiful sandy beach, located right in front of the house. It's perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. If you're looking for some adventure, I highly recommend exploring the nearby beaches on the eastern side of the island, which are about an hour’s drive away. Alternatively, you can take the ferry from Eretria and visit Athens for a day trip.

“Stylish, spacious apartment with fantastic outdoor space and amazing views!”

This apartment is lovely. We we walked in we were so impressive in many ways. It is spacious, airy and spotlessly clean. The furniture and furnishings are of a very high quality and the whole place is so tasteful, stylish and beautifully decorated. Every room is flooded with light and as soon as you enter you are drawn to the view from the balcony. The view is spectacular both by day and night. Ahead you are looking over the sea to the mainland with its layered mountain ranges, left is a little headland with trees and to the right a beautiful peninsula with cypress trees where the sun sets. At night in the distance, you can see twinkling lights all along the mainland coast and also going up the mountain. The balcony is huge and has quality wooden furniture and beautiful, well tended plants. The kitchen is the best equipped one I’ve stayed in, all you could ever need. The bed was very comfortable with nice linen and it was very quiet so we slept well. It is a couple of minutes walk to a large supermarket and a five minute stroll via the beach to cafes and restaurants. The main sea front tavernas are a ten minute walk away. Evia is a beautiful island and Eretria is a good central place from which to explore it. We have visited Greece for many years and this is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. We hope to return on our next trip to Greece. Thanks to Natasha for everything!
