Overview
Situated by the sea and only 700 metres from the centre of Eretria, Avantis Suites Hotel offers studios and suites with views of South Evoikos Gulf. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. Our stay period was just outside the main season so many places around and the outdoor amenities were all closed for the season. Location is good for a nice stroll on the beach to reach the main water front. Breakfast is big and very carb heavy - would be great to add some fruits / vegetables. Definitely ask for the Greek coffee! much better than the instant machine one. Staff is super friendly, attentive and dedicated and was at accommodating our ever changing food requirements.

We`ve had a very good stay at this hotel, which is situated very close to the see. You can reach a nice restaurants in only 5-10 min walk. There is a quite big parking space and it was a great place to start exploring the island. Rooms were big and good equiped. Personel very friendly and open.

The hotel with the best sunrise view we ever had right from the spacious balcony. Despite low season the premises and inner hotel territory were very clean, with a lot of greens and flowers in bloom. The hotel is just near the sea. We assume this hotel is definitely a gem for summer stay but we liked it very much even in December. The hosts were very nice and provided a lot of advice regarding the sightseeing possibilities.

To go to town (Eretria) is a long walk (2 km) along a mostly deserted boulevard and partly in the dark.
