Everything was just perfect — from the warm welcome to the room and breakfast. The staff were super professional, always smiling, and available 24/7. “10/10 Experience in Erbil”
The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained. The staff are very kind, helpful, and always smiling, which made the stay even more pleasant and comfortable. Special thanks to Hamza, Ghaith, and Kenan from the staff for their professionalism, friendliness, and constant willingness to help. They truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the quality of service provided. The hotel is located in a quiet and excellent area in Erbil, close to malls and restaurants, which makes it a perfect choice for both leisure and short stays. Highly recommended, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

“This hotel was accommodating - close to Dream City and airport”
The location was perfect - also great for the airport. The receptionist was very helpful. He organised a taxi for the airport at a reasonable price and prepared boxed breakfast as we had an early flight.
