“No more stay in this hotel”
The service was bad attitude from the front desk and there was no elevator in hotel we have to carry our luggage to second floor and no breakfast we need to pay extra for that plus they didn’t have good service

This hotel does not provide breakfast, which is one of its main drawbacks. You need to walk for 500 meters to find a restaurant that serves breakfast, and you may not be happy with the quality of that restaurant. So, if you care about breakfast, I don't think this hotel is the best option for you.

“Clean and nice”
Close to the new areas of Erbil with restaurants and cafes. Very close to the airport. Very clean. Nice touch with the toiletries with a small hotel like this you don't expect it. Friendly staff.

Hotel Review: The hotel is clean and wonderful, and it’s located close to the market, the airport, and the port. The hotel staff are kind and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay here — the rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. “Clean and stylish hotel for unbeatable price”
-The hotel looks stylish from inside/outside, mixed with traditional middle eastern design. -The lobby is equipped with free tea, coffee and candy. -The corridors and rooms are exceptionally clean. -Furthermore the staff was always very friendly and helpful.
