“It was an experience I would not repeat”
Positives: The hotel location is good, with several markets and restaurants nearby, in addition to Carrefour. The reception staff were friendly and polite. The hotel has several spacious elevators.

“Clean and freindly staff hotel”
The hotel staff was very friendly some of them also knew Turkish which was very helpful and they helped me to guide around the city and the hotel it's already close to the city center overall it's a clean Hotel by all standards and in Ramadan they have sohoor and breakfast which was also good and overall great service Great employees and a clean property

The room was dirty and nobody came for cleaning. We change our room but they didn’t even check the toilet which was dirty as well. The breakfast was not bad.
