The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well located. The two ladies at reception were extremely polite, welcoming, and professional. The service was fantastic. As a Kurd, I was very proud and happy to see my region becoming so modern, with such excellent hospitality.

“Beautiful Mariana”
Reception staff is polite,cooperative..especially Mr. Carlo (as I remember his name) The room is wide,clean.Bed, and the pillows are comfortable The breakfast buffet has wide varieties of food stuff,but strangely, they use small plastic spoons for tea, which don't tolerate hot fluid!!! with beautiful places and beautiful morning songs..
