“Beautiful Villa with Great Design but Needs Urgent Maintenance and Improved Service”
I recently spent three nights at a villa that had a mix of positives and negatives. The villa's design was outstanding, blending modern aesthetics with comfort seamlessly. The location was perfect, providing a serene environment that made for a peaceful getaway. Some staff members were exceptionally cordial, such as Ali at the reception, and all the staff operating the cable car were very accommodating. Drivers like Riyaz were also very fortunate and helpful.

“Great service, modern facilities, comfortable accommodation”
We stayed in one of the lodges, a Swiss style chalet. It was very comfortable and modern, and definitely a unique experience in thr Kurdistan Region. If you want to get away to fresh air and a high quality resort this is the place for you. Everyone who works here is really friendly and helpful.
