The staff at the Hotel Karlovy Vary are great. Very good customer service without any pretenion. The Buffet Brekfast is wonderful and is an outstanding committment to exceptional hospitality - a real credit to the staff who work the kitchen for Brekfast. The Karlovy Vary Hotel is far more than just a Hotel: it is a place of community and as a guest, this feeling of community makes the place feel very warm. A special mention should be made regarding the two guy's who were tending to Reception early morning around 0500hrs, each day. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to assist me with a couple of requirements. These two guys are the embodiment of hospitality! I am delighted to report that I found a similar high level of hospitality, throughout my exploration of Ankawa and the greater City of Erbil.

Great hotel in the middle of Ankawa. Good location, near some very nice restaurants and coffeeshops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay!

there was not SPA, pool. there was not Tea maker in the room, but coffee and tea was always ready in the lobby free of charge.

Good location in the heart of Ankawa. Friendly staff. Room description said, there is a balcony in the room even though there wasn't. That didn't bother me, cause I got bigger room than I expected.

A very nice hotel in the heart of Ankawa. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out that the owner and most of team were Assyrians. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and fun. Generous in hospitality and food.
