Very clean and beautiful hotel, staff is amazing and very kind. We got our clothes washed and ironed, missed the breakfast because arrived late so we got delivered them to our room. Cannot recommend enough. Best hotel in Erbil. If you looking family hotel this one ☝️ is to stay, thank you 🙏

“Good Location”
Location was good, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The TV had 1 English speaking channel which was great. The pool/spa and sauna were clean and the breakfast was buffet style. Staff were helpful. Overall this was good value and I would stay here again if I was in the vicinity.

The staff were super friendly, very respectful, accommodating. When o say the staff include all of them from security, valet, and the reception staff. The breakfast was amazing, and freshly as well as many verity of food.

“Not too bad, fairly decent”
The moment the heating function of the air-conditioning was turned on, a strong, unexpected scent of smoke filled the air — it was far from pleasant. Considering the city's population were kurdish, you would think they would speak either kurdish or English, turns out neither.
