I was given a VERY large room, extremely quiet too, comfy bed, clean bathroom. I checked in very late at night and checked out very early in the morning, but I managed to do everything easily, thanks to the kind and helpful staff (I was even offered coffee and fresh fruit when at check-out, even though breakfast was due to start 4 hours later!). As mentioned in other reviews, there's a huge choice of food and drinks for breakfast and it definitely didn't disappoint. I'd choose this hotel again should I come back to Erbil.

“Amazing Hotel View Hewler”
Amazing staff, cooperativ & wonderfull receptionists, They upgraded my room witout extra charging to a much larger suite , Thet supplied me every day with additional water bottles (at least 6 - 8 ). They tried their best to make my stay comfotable. Fast internett. Clean and quite roon, clean bad. Good breakfast. Every thing excellent I will give them 10 / 10

The place is ok and the staff very friendly and helpful, my only real problem was the mosque next to the hotel - after a few nights on my road without proper sleep it wasn't exactly a nice surprise. But that is not the fault of the hotel of course.
