outstanding stay and great location close to citadel. All the staff is extremely professional and kind. I just want to give a very very high positive comment for HADEEL; she was just incredible to help me organize my 5 days trip in Kurdistan, and she did everything possible to make my stay at EIH unforgettable. We have been charged 12%more which is tricky their reason is the fluctuating exchange rate !!.This is NOT acceptable and I also blame booking .com for this as you are acting on their behalf. They didn't take the money from my card and asked me to pay cash! This fraud.
