“Not happy at all”
I was not given the room I booked, according to the booking confirmation the room was supposed to have city and garden view while we were given a room with walls view! And according to the pictures of the room we have booked the room was supposed to have big bath but it didn't. And according to my booking I was supposed to pay 139k IQD while I was charged 190k IQD

Everything is just perfect, from reception staff, check in went swiftly and smoothly. The room is spacious and very comfortable beds, the breakfast is rich and delicious. Very clean spa and swimming pool. I do recommend staying in Cristal hotel.

“Excellent but avoid corner rooms”
Very helpful staff. Comfortable room. Private parking on site. Lively outdoor restaurant within the premisses of the hotel.
