“Disappointing, Misleading …”

Breakfast was fresh, well-presented, and generally enjoyable. Yet basic essentials like napkins or tissues were missing — a small but noticeable lapse that detracted from the experience. Bristoria has potential — but it desperately needs stronger systems, greater attention to detail, and more consistent follow-through to match its ambitions. At present, it feels like a promise left sadly unfulfilled. The focus must be on the service, quality of service rather on “reviews”.

“A dirty 3 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star hotel.”

The place was abysmally dirty. The welcome space where you check in had a torn sofa. The first room they gave me was not cleaned properly and still had hair in the sink. They had to change 5 rooms before they found one they can offer me that they considered clean. It wasn’t, there were smudges on the mirrors and the wallpaper had streaks of black on them, and the bathroom floor had a white residue that needed thorough cleaning. The room setup is not created with a guest experience in mind as in no socket to charge your phone next to you bed, no tissue box next to your bed etc. bed linnen were actually a polyester blend and not pure cotton . Even when I went to the restaurant at the third floor, the first table I sat on had dirty tablecloth. The “continental breakfast” was a 3 star level. No different choices of break, no egg station that I ciuld see, and the place it was held in was very cold.
