The location, the owner was very friendly and was very reasonable in terms of the price. The kitchen is decent and could definitely cook a good meal while the owner made sure that anything we needed was provided.

The hosts at Foinikas were friendly and welcoming, and drove us to the supermarket when we arrived too tired to go looking for supper in town. They have a lovely front garden with sun loungers and beautiful flowers, all facing the sea, which is just a hop and a skip across the raod. The area is relatively unspoilt, some of it rather run down buidling-wise, but the beach has exceptionally clear, clean water which is a delight to swim in whilst admiring the surrounding mountain ranges. It is easy to get a coach to and from Delphi (although the bus driver told us the wrong time for the return, so we missed it & had to get a taxi: so DO double-check that). There were mostly Greek tourists in the small town, with foreigners tucked away at nearby Delphi Beach -- at least, in May-June. There were hundreds of stray cats and dogs, and it broke my heart on the occasions that we didn't have anything decent to feed them with, so if you're an animal lover, buy some decent cat & dog food/snacks for the many friendly, needy critters about the place. I would definitely return -- quite possibly laden with fodder for mogs and dogs ;-) I understand the case is the same all over Greece.

“Accomodation with parking, great view, in the vicinity of Delphi site”

We stayed here when we visited Delphi. RIght at the beach, nice for relaxation, beatufull view, friendly hosts, parking in the yard. great value for money.

“Spacious apartment”

Genuinely kind host. Easy access. Safe parking. Spacious apartment.

Nice room, with kitchen and private bathroom. The balcony was nice and the shower had really good pressure. Also excellent parking, which is private and great for motorcycles. The staff was really helpful and amazing.

Very nice apartment in a quiet location right by the beach. Very nice and helpful owner. There is a well-equipped kitchen and an outdoor terrace with seating. There is also plenty of parking spaces and a tavern a few steps from the apartment.

Everything you could need - cleaned room, equipped kitchen, a few meters to the beach, free umbrellas, very nice host.

Excellent location close to the sea, beautiful veranda, well furnished kitchen.

“Lovely hidden gem”

Foinikas Rooms is a hidden gem. We totally enjoyed this accommodation. It had everything one would need for a long time stay: well equipped kitchen, lovely intimate terrace, full of greenery. The best part was the sea which was right across the street, with a private small beach (there were sunbeds from the property). In 2 minutes walk there was a restaurant. In 15 minutes by foot you could get to the neighboring village which had shops, cafés, bars, restaurants.

Family run place, made us feel at home. Great sea views from the balcony and cosy appartment. Great location, between Nafpaktos, Galaxidi, Itea and Delfi for someone that would like to visit these places.

Νο breakfast taken. Location was very good across the road was the beach.my reservation was for a Family Studio sleep 4 people indicating that had Balcony wirh seaview (I made extra commed to the property just to make sure I had that and since they never answered i assumed it was done) and when I got to the property I was given a Family Studio on the back of the property with a patio - a nice patio never the less- facing a chicken coop!! I didnt say anything to the fast talker owner at the time as we were in a hurry to go to dinner.
