The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The family room was large and had everything we needed. The hotel is lovely.

“Good Place for a rest”

The view - amazing view of the lake and the quiet, fresh air. A good place to recharge.Very near Serena Kigo and about 5km from Munyonyo Convention Centre, so this was helpful for my commute. The hotel also offered a paid pick up from the hotel and to these meeting locations.

Dishonest receptionist. The water heater wasn’t working. No Dstv in the rooms. We were told to subscribe for ourselves. We needed milk for the baby’s breakfast and it took forever saying they had to go and buy.

Wonderful receptionists and very polite security guard. Another positive aspect was the morning ambiance, especially the soothing sound of birds singing, and the Swimming pool was a great experience. We also loved the fact that the owner or manager of the facility took time to talk to us. Very good business ettiquette.

We loved our stay! The rooms are beautiful, everything is clean, the views are fabulous. The pool is nice and the staff is really friendly and really work hard to make you feel at home. We arrived without suitcases (due to problems at the airport) but not a problem; toothbrushes etc were provided. The food is very good and we like to come back again, for sure !

The views of the lake were great, and the tranquillity of the tesort sublime. The suite was spacious, clean and The food was excellent. We ate dinner and breakfast in the lounge where there was an open kitchen so we could hear the clanking of the pots and pans, the sizzling of the food as it was prepared and smell the delicious aromas. A special mention to Faith, the tenacious receptionist who diligently helped us with organising Bodas, onward transport, and a boat cruise! Respect.

I liked the room, which was extremely clean and very spacious. The place was also quiet, so it gave me a calming experience. I really enjoyed the food that was prepared, especially katogo and the staff were very kind. It was nice to swim in the pool.
