I felt overcharged for a three day stay . It cost 500 dollars bed and breakfast. That's over the top for this kind of facility that forest not even have grounds.

I stayed with my husband for 3 nights. It was very good. The services., the location, and the staff treated us with patient and they very polite..I recommend it for couples..

street view rooms with the noise breakfast we booked suite with lake view, during the week before arrival i added my husbands name to the booking, this was the reason why they could not give me the lake view, strange excuse as we just added info to the booking no changed of booking type of room

“Comfortable and modern hotel in a convenient location”
The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel generally is well maintained and comfortable. The view from the roof was very nice and it having a gym and swimming pool were bonuses

“Lovely staff but be aware of the noisy rooftop bar”
The location of the hotel is just a 10min walk to the botanical gardens and a 20min walk to the Entebbe Wildlife conservation centre. The breakfast was great, a large selection of hot and cold items. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The view from the room is great

“It was amazing!!”
The facilities were nice but the staff were exceptional especially those at the rooftop!!! They catered to our needs and made sure we were comfortable!! I have never met such a well coordinated bunch ☺️

“A great stay”
Clean and comfortable hotel with a great restaurant and very friendly staff. Also well located. Staff helped arrange transportation. The breakfast was also great.

The rooms are very nice, the showers are great, there is a fridge to keep drinks cool. Beds are very comfortable. Amanyire and the other staff members at the entrance were very friendly and helpful. Tasty smoothis and mac n’ cheese in the roof restaurant.

“Incredible stay that prioritized my safety and comfort over everything”
The staff were so communicative and helpful. I arrived at 1.30am at the airport and slightly delayed - the shuttle was there waiting for me and the hotel staff called me to check I was ok. I wanted to get some chocolate during my visit and Alice on reception went out of her way to help me. Susan at breakfast explained Ugandan food customs to me. I had a haircut which was excellent at the hotel salon. I had a taxi booked to take me to Jinja the following day and Alice was extremely protective of me and asked to see the driver's ID and took a photo of it. I felt EXTREMELY well looked after. The driver (I forgot his name, sorry) took me to the Mall and waited for me and when I was taking longer than expected due to slow service at the supermarket, he came to look for me. As a solo female traveler, these things made ALL the difference. I loved my stay and it was the perfect first impression of Uganda and a wonderful reflection of the country.

“One of the best hotels we've stayed in in Uganda - and we've stayed in a lot.”
The hotel definitely met our expectations. The services offered by the hotel are definitely respectable - spa, swimming pool. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Victoria Mall, the view of the lake is impressive from the room we booked. The rooms we stayed in were very spacious and included everything we needed - air conditioning that worked well, a mini bar including drinks and snacks (for a fee), a comfortable bed, a really spacious shower and toilet, hot water all the time, a really good water flow. Rooftop bar. Luxurious breakfast. Massage - we were surprised to find out that we were entitled to a 15-minute free foot massage. My wife and I booked an additional massage (for a fee) that was very professional by 2 different masseuses. But above all, I must mention the charming service of the reception staff at the hotel and above all the amazing service of Alice, who was simply wonderful, helpful and everything with great patience and a constant smile - her service added a lot to our sense of enjoyment of staying at the hotel - thank you very much Alice.
