“Lovely lovely staff!”
Lovely lovely staff! From the airport pickup to checking in to my room everyone was just delightful. I enjoyed sitting by the pool sipping a drink whilst watching the children play & the adult having swimming lessons. So convenient. Great security. Lovely dinner and breakfast. My room had a balcony which was great!

I mostly appreciated the warm welcome, the kindness and availability as I arrived there late in the evening. Also, I ordered a taxi pick-up last minute when I landed and they provided a driver very fast. Very professional staff members.

“Best hotel in Entebbe”
I think it is the best hotel in Entebbe. Excellent room and price. Very close to the two malls, which is very important. Wonderful and helpful staff!

“I recommand the hotel! Verry honest people!”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I want to say that the entire team treated me unexpectedly well. The ladies at the reception helped me find the best optional activities and the best ways to travel around the area so I could visit as much as possible in just two days. The services were very good, the food at the restaurant is something I highly recommend—it is excellent—everything was clean, and as a bonus, a real surprise: before coming to Uganda, and even while in Uganda, my guides warned me to be careful with my mobile phone, especially my iPhone when filming, because many people might be tempted to snatch it from my hand or steal it. Well, I had a huge surprise. I took a hotel transfer with the hotel’s driver to the airport in the morning and I was running a bit late. As I was rushing toward check-in, the shuttle bus driver who took me to the airport ran after me. I had forgotten one of my phones in the minibus—it had fallen out of my pocket. It’s true, it wasn’t my main phone, not the iPhone, but an older Android phone, yet his gesture was impressive. He could have simply said I had lost it somewhere, and I probably wouldn’t have even realized it was left in the shuttle bus, but that man came running and returned my phone to me. A perfect 10, with complete sincerity, for the entire hotel team. I warmly recommend this place!
