The location is great, the staff is nice and welcoming. However, for what it is I find the place absolutely overpriced. 50 or 60 USD would be appropriate for what it is, not 80 or 90 USD.

“Lovely spot by the water”
The staff member who looked after us was great in every way, helpful, friendly, efficient and very tolerant of all our questions. We were right opposite the water so a fabulous position. The room was huge and very quiet during the night. .

“big comfortable room and nice lake front location”
I was the only guest when I stayed here, I was given a massive room facing the garden and lake. It was very quiet and comfortable. As there were no guests and it was so quiet, I ate elsewhere, but when I came back I wanted a glass of wine but could only order by bottle so I did not.

Beautiful location cloose from the Botanical garden. And cloose from a mall with all you need to slowly get used to the Uganda. Very friendly personel and fresh good breakfast with delicious fresh fruit. Clean rooms.
