“Never again.”
Not a 3 star hotel: no daily fully serviced kitchen, no climate control, no hairdryer, no fridge, no USB charger, no toiletries, no recycling, no ice, no pool towels, and dirty/broken hot tub. Furthermore, staff had lost the reservation and had no way to look up the booking.com confirmation number I provided so checkin took 30 minutes.

“good stay for the price in Ensenada in Semana Santa”
considering the price it was a good stay, the place is well located and the pool is nice, though not heated. the beds were comfortables and everything was clean!
