“Lovely upstairs studio apartment”
Studio apartment in central zone, about US$3 Uber from bus station, 5 to 10 minutes from large supermarkets. Key access to external gate, 2 separate keys to room (ours was Corazon). Keys from external lock box, information provided beforehand. Area seems safe. Correspondence by booking.com messages and WhatsApp (very responsive). Quiet. Payment by booking.com. Excellent wifi/internet/network (though we did have to restart the router on day 2 as Internet connectivity failed). Small basic kitchen, 2 ring electric hob, small fridge/freezer, coffee maker, few pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Breakfast bar with stools to eat from. Storage space for food. Bin. Heater and air-conditioning (though not too hot or cold). Good sized bedroom, comfort double bed, bedside units and bedside lamp. Plenty of powerpoints. Table and chair. Flat screen TV (with streaming services, eg Netflix). Clothes rack and cupboard for storage. Small bathroom with hot water shower. Hairdryer. Iron and board. Mop and broom. Good lighting throughout.
