Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly- helping this non-Spanish speaker. I felt at home.

The service was great, Alejandro and Francisco were very helpful and recommended amazing food spots to check out for our stay. The jacuzzi and pool were a bonus touch after a long days travel.

“Not 4 stars but a passable stay”

Fair play to the staff, they are excellent!! The bed was passable and the room a decent size. The decor of the room was reasonably contemporary and the shower good. The pre booked parking looked good though I'm not sure the spaces would fit a US truck in them. The pool and jacuzzi looked okay but I'd say the photos of the property overrepresent it (as wit the rest of the hotel). Despite some of the negatives I was not entirely unhappy with what I paid compared to what I got. The air conditioning worked well and was not noisy.

Hotel is conveniently located next to some bars and restaurants. Staff is nice and there is a parking. I didn’t try the pool.

Location great for our medical appointment and for a big supermercado. Very clean and fresh. Room big enough. Comfy bed. Reception always present when needed. Three double sockets.

Great location near everything, but not in the center of a crowded area. I had a room that was oriented to the back of the property and the noise from the street was low, i don’t know if the front rooms could have some noise problems during night. Staff is super friendly, the cafeteria in front of the property has good coffees to start your day.

Every staff member was beyond helpful. The room was clean, spacious and there was even an extra warm blanket available. It was very quiet (except one night the club next door played loud music, but nothing that couldn't be drowned out by the TV). I travel a few times a year and always use Booking.com, but this one was probably the best stay for the money. Beach house could easily charge a little more, but this is def the best deal. Run to the hotel!

The pool at this Airbnb was a game-changer for our vacation. The property itself was lovely, and the pool area was a true oasis. Highly recommend!
