The Hotel Hetta is close to the centre of Enontekiö, located on the shores of Lake Ounasjärvi overlooking the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park. “Thoroughly enjoyed our stay”
We stayed in one of the apartments, across the road. The apartment was a little older than the rooms in the main building but was well appointed and with 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and 1.5 bathroom, it fulfilled our needs (4 travellers). Restaurant and sauna were just across the road. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the edge of the lake and we could hire cross country skis to try it out. Would stay there again.

“The place was great in all aspects. We will come back here and would recommend it 100%”
It was very cold outside! -33 degrees But inside it was very warm and cozy. The interior and location and cleanliness were on the highest lever. We had a great chance to see the northern lights in the evening, because nearby there is a lake and when we went there - it was a very clear view of the sky. The staff were nice and food delicious.

“Comfortable with all amenities”
I had a fully equipped apartment across the road from the hotel. It had everything you could need including kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove top and cutlery etc. Warm and cosy. The hotel had an excellent buffet breakfast that was included. The reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Laplands Hotel Hetta is in a great location right by a beautiful lake. It is a great stop-over if you are traveling through. The hotel offers a kind of good old fashioned 70´s vibe, even though it has clearly been refurbished at various times. It is a lovely resort hotel, with a great restaurant serving wonderful local produce. The staff are very friendly too.
