I had an amazing stay at Piccolo Hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. A special mention goes to Joseph, who truly went above and beyond helping with our car and even making sure our clothes were washed. I was passing through and needed to stay a night in Enna, and I am happy that I stopped by this property! The owner was very friendly and hospitable. It felt like visiting a family friend. The breakfast was generous as well, and home made. I recommend this to anyone stopping by Enna.

The host - Giuseppe was friendly & welcoming, super helpful and obviously cared about providing great customer service & satisfaction. He gave us lots of useful local information and was quick to respond to and resolve any questions / issues.👍🏻 Great breakfast - fresh fruit, yoghurt, croissant, toast & jams, ham, cheese, fresh bread rolls and fresh coffee. The price - Good value for money.

We had a really great time during our stay. It’s a small hotel with not too many rooms, situated in a lovely place with lots of flowers and greenery. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. Enna was the perfect place for to visit the valley of the temples, the Roman villa and Enna highlights. The rooms themselves are spacious and well kept, everything is so clean you can eat off the floor. The shower was great. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in through our entire trip - firm yet extremely supportive! Breakfast was very nice, not too big and not too small - just what we needed. Giuseppe the proprietor was very accommodating and amicable. It truly was a great experience, and we would recommend this small lovely hotel to anyone coming to visit the area.

A real insider tip! Small but very nice, great furnishings. Giseppe is a friendly, accommodating and helpful host. We were able to arrange the time for breakfast individually. The breakfast itself was very good. We really enjoyed the time in Enna and Piazza Armerina!
