Overview
Situated at the harbour of Enkhuizen overlooking the IJsselmeer, Herberg de Compagnie offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. The city centre is only a 5-minute walk away. Enkhuizen has a historic city centre with typical Dutch houses. Each room at the Herberg features a flat-screen TV and tea making facilities. “A nice little hotel in a good location with its own bistro (and a fabulous bathroom!).”
A smallish room in the eves of the building with all the facilities you normally would expect. What I wasn't expecting was a fabulous, large bathroom and a 'whirlpool' bath - what a treat! Breakfast was adequate and was brought to me plated up. There was no buffet breakfast. The hotel had its own bistro which was good. The hotel overlooked the harbour but was also very close to the station, which was useful. The location was quiet.

“Comfortable stay in Enkhuizen”
Great location. Close to train station and harbour. Staff very welcoming and allowed us to leave our bags the following morning until boat check in time. Room comfortable. Breakfast very good.

The location near the marina, great menu, excellent and friendly staff service. Great having a good restaurant on site. The breakfast provided for us and our friends who were not staying was amazing.

Not expensive, very well placed 2 minutes from the train station and its big and free parking as well as close to city center.

“Perfect location from the train station and to the port for our boat next day”
Friendly helpful staff and great food. Big surprise was the jacuzzi in the bath and Rituals products in the bathroom.

It is in a very good location where everything you need to see and experience is walking distance. It has one of the most popular bar and restaurant right downstairs. The people are very accomodating and friendly.
