Very impressive farmer’s market and shopping centre with local gifts available. Great small restaurants nearby with great food. The receptionist helped us to check in was so helpful and thankful to her for sending up my hot soup to my room when I was really tired as our flight is cancelled and we arrived late at night. A lot of dogs were around with so many temporary stalls and set up on the day of our arrival and gave us a surprise.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The Hotel was tucked in the city however it was quiet like it's own island. You can walk to the main road to coffee shop, cafes and convenience stores. Hotel staffs were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Lobby was huge filled with seating areas, and free flow of coffee, tea, and miso soup (very tasty!). They have food for purchase as well that were so tasty and filling. Hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There were also vending machines selling drinks. Parking was in the compound and the staff cleared all cars from snow in the morning. Such great hospitality!

The accommodation was flawless. It had all the amenities and facilities you needed. Very nice shower. There's a free coffee machine and snacks available to purchased in the foyer. A nice common area for working. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with great views either side of the building.

The room is nice and clean. Up to out expectation. Being given taxi vouchers to convenience us go out for dining during snowing.

Very clean and cosy

Dont arrange breakfast since there is no cafeteria or kitchen. When i selected breakfast i was not told its going to be bento and curry rice for 4 days. Cannot eat curry rice for 4 days consecutively can you?

Love the property next to the service station, have good choices for breakfast. Easy to park our cars. Love the mattress. Hard enough for my liking.

Beautiful rooms, window view to the roadside station and flower park next door. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Comfortable sleep and amenities for a luxury stay.

Our flight from Sapporo airport was delayed and it was an urgent same day booking, did not regret at all! Nice room, friendly staff, positive atmosphere. Room is bigger than average what one could get in Sapporo.
