The location and view is superb! The hosts, Shonnie and Michael met us on arrival and helped with our bags. They were superb hosts in every way. The house itself is a masterclass in designing a property for environmentally friendly tropical living. Fully solar powered with water collection and storage it is completely off-grid apart from the excellent internet connection. The design allows free flow of air through the house while keeping out any mozzies that happen to be about, although when we were there, there were hardly any. Very comfortable. There are some good walking trails up to Shirley Heights and along the cliffs.

fantastic accommodation based overlooking the most beautiful bay on the island. The apartment was superbly appointed, comfortable and beautiful views. we had an amazing few days with the kids here, walking down to swim at the beach, eating in the local restaurant. most notably, the owners are incredibly kind, hard working, welcoming and have developed the most beautiful property. we honestly have never felt so well looked after and wish them the very best.

The beautiful views, fresh ice brought up every day and very comfortable bed.

The upper villa is stunning, finished to a high standard inside and out. Fresh flowers inside, polished hardwood floors, powerful overhead reading lights built in above the bed. Views, spectacular, obviously. Music floating up from the posh beach bar (go!) at weekends but not loud or annoying. Eating on the verandah, eyed hopefully by the cute pair of finches who want your breakfast. The hummingbirds feeding feet away from you in the beautifully planted gardens. Lovely hot water in the luxurious, lit outdoor shower. Floor to ceiling mosquito mesh to admit both light and breeze. Good walks, easy water taxi access to the restaurants of Dockyard Drive and the marina. The excellent communication throughout from Shonnie who can't do enough to guide/advise/book restaurants and taxis if you wish. Quite a few steps up from the steep drive, but Michael will help with luggage. Like everyone else, we loved it.

Shonnie and Michael welcomes us from the moment we arrived and we’re so brilliant and helpful hosts. The views are wonderful. Short walk to lovely beach and beach bar and snorkelling with turtles. Just wonderful.

With stunning, far reaching views over the bay, and a short drive away from English Harbour, you can't really beat this location. The wrap around balcony means you can watch both sunrise and the spectacular sunsets. Galleon Beach is one of Antigua's best beaches for swimming with a nice smallish reef for snorkelling at one end. And behind the property there is national park with some lovely well marked hikes in the jungle and along the cliffs. The property itself is very nice: simple and tasteful, in a modern Caribbean style. Hosts Shonnie and Michael couldn't have been more helpful. We did look at the all-inclusive resorts but i'm so glad we stayed here instead.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Moon. The house sits at the top of an amazing bay. The views are incredible! It is very close to a nice snorkeling beach with lots of turtles and stingrays. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly. The house was clean and met all our expectations. It had a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room and bedroom. The verandah was the best with those amazing views. We could never get enough of it. Blue Moon is a short drive from English Harbour and there are a few restaurants close by you can get to by boat. It is also very close to Shirley heights. I loved that we had filtered tap water and we didn't need to worry about using plastic bottles all the time. The house also used solar power which again I felt was amazing.

The villa was very comfortable with outstanding views. The hosts were very hospitable and accessible, and the maid service excellent and discrete.

Michael and Shonnie were so accommodating with my wife and I. I had to be at work when my wife moved in and they carried everything in for her. They did everything to make us welcome and relaxed throughout the week. The location is perfect with beautiful views.

Spectacular views and amazing hospitality. The Galleon Bay property is in a stunning location with views over Freemantle Bay and English Harbour. Mike and Shonnie our hosts were welcoming, extremely hospitable and most helpful which made our stay even more pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. The quiet, beautiful beach is just several minutes walk away and Nelsons Dockyard just minutes away by ferry or taxi. A car rental is recommended.
