We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional — probably the best we’ve ever experienced. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed every moment and had everything we needed. The personal attention we received was outstanding in every part of the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the private pool was absolutely wonderful with perfectly pleasant water. The view of the Sea of Galilee was stunning, and the whole atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and full of good vibes. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a great time at this hotel. The welcome was very warm and friendly. The manager, Motaz, shared great tips for dinner and really cared that we had everything we needed. Even the next day, when he was on his day off, he still made sure to check in and help. That was really helpful. The room with the jacuzzi was everything I dreamed of for this weekend: big, spacious, beautiful. Truly recommend this place to anyone who wants a kind and comfortable stay.
