Overview
Located at the foot of mount Mourikio, 730 metres above sea level, this traditional Greek property features panoramic views of the lush Kastanodasos Forest and the historic village of Emporio. Breakfast is offered daily featuring fresh, local products and regional dishes. For drinks and refreshments, Villa Kastanodasos provides a snack bar. The air-conditioned apartments feature high ceilings with wooden beams and open fireplaces. Each one has a balcony overlooking the picturesque garden. Some of them also have a loft area. Free Wi-Fi is provided by Villa Kastanodasos and complimentary public parking is also available on site. Guests can enjoy a walk along the signed trails on the slopes of the verdant and beautiful Mt. Mourikio; a walk through the enchanting Kastanodasos forest or tour the mountain slopes by jeep, mountain bike or even on horseback.

We stayed for one night and were fully satisfied with our experience. The room was spotless, as was the bathroom, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The space was warm and well-kept, with hot water available whenever we needed it. The accommodation is very beautiful both inside and out. Breakfast was filling, with simple yet satisfying portions. Highly recommended for your stay!
