Staff were very accommodating, Maggie spoke English and helped us plan our visit. We had an issue with our original bathroom however they upgraded our room without any hesitation. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable, excellent location right next to where the bus leaves from to visit Mount Emei. The family who owned it were lovely, the parents don't speak a lot of English but their daughter does and was very helpful.

“Posizione ottima”

The position is perfect near the bus station. The staff is english speaking and give us tips for the visit of mount Emei. Plan to stay 2 night, i suggest to do a 4h round trip walking across the lower temples up to wuxian (not necessarily pay the entrance of the park). Then a whole day is necessary for the golden summit.

Excellent room, the accomodation is right near the sightseeing bus station and entrance gate, helpful and attentive host and her English-speaking daughter, They can save luggage in luggage storage while travellers visit the Emei mountain.

the location is very good not far away from the monasteries and it's easy to walk around or to take a bus from there to Mount Emei what was my main reasons to get here. The stuff was very friendly and the girl did speak a bit English what was very helpful for my staying it was a good atmosphere in the street with lots of restaurants and easy to walk around and a good starting point for a tour

The cleanliness, the hot water, effective heater and electric blanket and the location. Just 1 min walk to the ticket offices for the sightseeing buses and ropeway cable cars. I can't read or write in Chinese. Thankfully, the owners' daughter knows English. She helps me a lot.

Amazing service; I was looking for a place to rest before my ascent to Emeishan, and the Moon Bay Hotel provided. I was almost alone in the hotel, the room was gorgeous and had all the commodities I needed. Also, the owners are a family, and his daughter speaks English, so communication was not an issue

This hotel are so good for the price. The location are very close of the Emei Mount Entrance if you want to make the complete trek. The daughter can speak a small english and will help you for manage your trip. They can also keep safe your baggage during your trekking.
