Overview
The family-run Faldernpoort provides colonial-style rooms, an East Frisian restaurant and a free parking. It is located in the town of Emden, just a 5-minute walk from the harbour. The 4-star Faldernpoort offers rooms in the main building or in the annex. All rooms include a TV and modern bathroom. The Faldernpoort's Emder Fischerstube restaurant serves East Frisian food and fresh fish dishes. Guests are welcome to use the Faldernpoort's free sauna area. On request, massages and cosmetic treatments are also available here. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in the hotel lobby.

“Hotel staff friendly & helpfull, will be back next month..”
Good choice at breakfast, room was comfy and warm (weather was below freezing for a week) Original booking had to be changed at very short notice, hotel staff were helpfull and sorted this. Then ongoing travel was further delayed due to severe weather, again hotel sorted out extended stay at short notice, couldn't have been more helpfull.

Very good hotel. Nice staff and gigantic room. Close to the center. Very clean. And even with the wedding in the hotel, you didn't hear a thing from them.

Neat, newly renovated rooms, nicely furnished. Within walking distance of the center of Emden. Excellent breakfast with extensive choices.
