Very convenient location — we easily found a free parking spot near the house, despite ongoing roadwork. The house is very clean, and the room is exceptionally spacious.

Really close to the center. The room was big enough and very clean. In the common area there is a fridge with drinks and some snacks to buy. Also free coffee downstairs and tea in the room. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Very secure rooms on the third floor, I was able to just roll my bike into the escalator which was nice. Great room with everything you needed.

After 18:00 there was no body on reception to check in and no body was answering on phone calls only luckily some one from guests was ho out for smoke and open main door and then i found keys in the room door lock without idea were is my room i just took random room.

The landlord was nice and dealt with the problem in a positive manner, although the problem is still there. Of course the landlord was quick to return the message. The rest of the bathroom was well appointed and the hot water was great.

Great prise for the accomodation. It is really near the centrum, and it is really good for staying in Emden for a few days. It is clean and quiet. Big rooms, and comfy interior. Friendly and helpful owner.
