Nothing was good, it was very dirty, very unfriendly workers. The toilet was full of Urin on top of it, bedsheets were very dirty and smelly..I booked 1 room Appartement with a fridge, there was no fridge. I had to look for another place because it was not bearable. Infact this was very bery bad!!! I don't encourage anyone booking this place. It was filthy and full of bad smell!!!

First and foremost, staff customer service is very poor. They need a customer service training to be more welcoming and not to be grumpy in the the business, the apartment don't have a security maning the gate., you have to call a number if you want to go out or come in, when you call them it pears as if you are bothering them so , they come with a lot of contempt. The owner comes to see who is checking in and literally looks and turnes away, shocking

I booked this air bnb for my sons.. They like the place,it's clean,and the staff are nice to them.the people are friendly and helpful to them. The apartment is lovely and comfortable. My sons are happy 😁 As a mother, I am happy to hear my sons are in a good environment not to mention the wonderful staff is a bonus. My sons would stay here again.

I liked the location very much as it is easy to get there from the airport and back, and it is also relatively easy to reach other destinations within Nairobi from there.
