Most amazing hosts! Their kindness and openness was truly heartwarming and I am really thankful! They showed me around in the city and showed my their chickens! The ingredients we bought from them was truly delicious and the property was so cosy with a fireplace. I had an amazing time and can only recommend.

Thank you for welcoming us in such a beautiful place, that was amazing, we would have stayed a few days more if we have known. I hope we go back one day !

Very interesting place. Area of outstanding natural beauty. Guest house has plenty of room, and good facilities. Hosts are welcoming and helpful. Recommend an evening visit to local Onsen, see if you can spot the wild turtles in rivers on the way.

Located at the rustic countryside, the place was amazing. The hosts were very friendly and spoke very good English. We have fun touring around the small farms and feeding the chickens. We rented a car so we have no issues getting there.

The guest house is an amazing place, with all needed equipment at a beautiful location in the mountains. It has been super refreshing to be in this green environment. But especially the hosts make this stay amazing, offering the best hospitality, help and care you could wish for. Thank you for these amazing days!

“Wonderful place with a lovely family”

What a wonderful place with a lovely family. Thank you so much for this experience. It’s a very old and traditional Japanese wood house. We enjoyed our stay. It gave us "Ghibli vibes". Unfortunately we had to leave one day earlier than planned because of some health issues. Luckily the host called for us a local doctor and made an appointment for me. And we got our missed night refunded without us even asking! I can’t thank you enough. Such good people. We will definitely come again one day!

We were greeted with a lot of respect. The couple has a lot of conscience and is very friendly. We had a Wonderful time in their lovely place surrounded by mountains which afford very pleasant walks and hikes.

Amazing experience in the Japanese countryside ! Host are very kind and very helpful, the Japanese breakfast was fresh and delicious. If you like nature and want to try the countryside way of living, you will love it.

Fantastic 100 y/o guest house, original architecture. The family was very welcoming and even did laundry for us for free. The breakfast kit is fun to make and the guest house is private, which was nice.

Our stay was very pleasant. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We came to this part of japan to watch the Sakura (cherry blossom) and the hosts shared their favorite spots with us. When we arrived very late on the first day and all the restaurants had already closed, the hosts even prepared a nice welcoming dinner for us. Another time we had a medical issue and they helped us find and contact a doctor (5 min away from the accomodation). The guest house was clean and in traditional japanese style. There was a little well equipped kitchen and some free coffee and tea for everyday. We would definetely go there again on our next trip to japan. 

“Mountain side retreat”

Beautiful traditional home hosted by a lovely kind family. I was served a simple yet generous breakfast, the perfect way to start the day. I wish my stay in this peaceful countryside was longer. There is also an onsen just up the road, that was only 700 yen for 1, with a good selection of baths.
